| AE Creamy Raspberry Vinaigrette |
|
1/2 cup virgin olive or canola oil
1/4 cup raspberry vinegar
1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash
1 tablespoon celery seed
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
if desired, 1 teaspoon romano or parmesan
1 1/2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon each of parsley and celery flakes
1/3 - 1/2 cup AE sour cream (to taste and texture)

Whisk above ingredients and serve over a green salad. In a sealed cruet, keeps up to 3 weeks in refrigerator. This dressing works well when drizzled over sliced tomatoes. It also adds zest to regular recipes. Try this on ham salad, egg salad or potato salad. |
