1 yellow cake mix
1 quart AE Vanilla Ice Cream
3/4 cup AE Lemonade
2 cups AE Heavy Whipping Cream
2 tablespoons white sugar |
Prepare cake mix according to package directions in two 9-inch round cake pans. Cool thoroughly. Stir AE Ice Cream to soften. Mix 1/2 of the lemonade. Freeze mixture in a foil-lined, 9 inch cake pan. Freeze until firm. Place one cake layer on a serving plate, top with ice cream layer. Top with the other layer of cake. Put the assembled cake back into the freezer. Beat the AE Whipping Cream, remaining AE Lemonade and sugar until fluffy. Frost cake, and then return to freezer for one hour. Serve frozen. |
