1 can 7-Up
2 cups vanilla ice cream
1 package Jell-O, any flavor
1 graham cracker crust pie shell

Over medium heat, heat 7-Up until it begins to boil. Remove from fire and add the Jell-O and stir until dissolved. Then add the ice cream and stir until mixed well. Pour into pie shell and refrigerate until ready to eat. We use strawberry or lime for Christmas or Valentine's, orange for Halloween or fall, etc.
